As part of our commercial activity of connecting individuals and/or legal entities with partner providers providing goods and/or services relating to the life of pets and our derived commercial activities, we are led to collect and process information about you. For example, by browsing or placing orders on our Website, by filling out our contact form, that of revocation or order tracking, you are likely to send us your Personal data.

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”) informs you of the way we collect and process your Personal Data. It is intended to provide you with information about your rights and how to exercise them. 2. Responsible for the processing mentioned in the Privacy Policy

Processing refers to any operation or any set of operations that may or may not be performed using automated processes and applied to data or a set of Personal Data (hereinafter the “Processing”).

For example, are therefore considered Processing the following operations: the collection, recording, organization, structuration, conservation, adaption, modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, the reconciliation or interconnection, limitation, deletion or destruction of data or sets of Personal Data.

The entity responsible for the aforementioned Processing in the Privacy Policy is Shoripette, a company under the sole proprietorship status, whose head office is at 9-11 rue Abel Ferry 75016 Paris, registered with the R.C.S. Paris under number 844 160 382 and exercised by Mrs. Joanna Prus-Tali.

As the entity responsible for Processing, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data from, among other things, tampering, accidental or unlawful loss, use, disclosure or unauthorized access.

Among these measures, we inform you to be sensitive like our collaborators to the requirements for Personal Data protection. All our products are designed to incorporate high level requirements for the protection of Personal Data (hereinafter “Data Protection by Design”).

3. Types and Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Personal Data relating to people of age
Our services are primarily intended for individuals of age able to subscribe to pre-contractual and/or contractual obligations to connect individuals and/or legal entities with partner providers providing goods and/or services relating to the life of pets. You must therefore be over the age of 18 to provide us with your Personal Data and be able to conduct transactions on our Website.

We are therefore likely to proceed to Processing your Personal Data for the following purposes:
• Identity and contact information for individuals: your name, date of birth, gender, phone number, email address as well as personal postal addresses for billing and shipping a post-order delivery;
• Identity and contact information for legal entities: the name of your company, its registration number at the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) as well as its value-added tax number (VAT) for billing and shipping a post-order delivery;

You must therefore be over the age of 18 to provide us with your Personal Data and be able to conduct transactions on our Website.

An underage user under the age of 18 will therefore not be able to conduct transactions on our Website, even if they could obtain a prior agreement from their legal representative, thus authorized to send us his/her Personal Data.

Excluded Personal Data
We confirm that we do not collect any Personal Data qualified as sensitive. Sensitive Personal Data refer to racial or ethnic origin, political opinion, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, health data or data concerning sex life or sexual orientation (hereinafter “Sensitive Personal Data”).

In the case of inadvertent Processing of Sensitive Personal Data, we undertake to not proceed with any Processing and delete them as soon as possible.

4. Respect of your rights regarding Personal Data

You remain the sole owner of your Personal Data at any time and can exercise one or more of the following rights under the applicable regulations, i.e.:
• Access to your Personal Data: we will provide you with a copy of any Personal Data we have on our Website, systems, files, archives, etc. This allows you to verify that the Processing of your Personal Data is legal;
• Correction of your Personal Data: we will make the relevant corrections to your Personal Data in accordance with your instructions if they are incomplete or inaccurate. We might need to verify the accuracy of any new data you provide us with;

6. Personal Data Storage
